Strength & Hope… Again!

My husband liked the Mother's Day card I made for my mom using the Strength & Hope stamp set (118100W 123660CM), that he asked me to make one for his mom.  (Hoping she isn't reading this and getting a sneak peek!)  I made some changes to the design, but it is essentially the same!

The same supplies were used as the previous card, with changes to the colors (So Saffron & Wild Wasabi here) and I changed the sentiment.  For the "happy mother's day" I used Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370) and the Word Window (119857) and Modern Label (119849) punches.

Strength & Hope Mother’s Day Card

Mother's Day is coming soon, just next Sunday! I recently purchased the NEW Strength & Hope stamp set, featured in the new Stampin' Up! Summer Mini Catalog.  It's just so pretty, and part of the proceeds from the set benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. With my own mother currently battling this disease I knew I had to get this stamp set.

The Scoop on Online Ordering

When Stampin' Up! started to offer online ordering, I was excited but nervous.  I was so accustomed to having my customers place their orders directly with me, that I was concerned about losing the "personal touch" that goes along with speaking with my customers and helping them with orders.  I was excited, however, about being able to reach a broader group of customers, and the ability for my customers to order anytime, from the comfort of their own home!

Here are some of the great things about the online ordering:

  • If you order through a demonstrator (hopefully me!) rather than just through Stampin' Up!'s main site, then you save money.  You will be prompted to select your demonstrator (again, hopefully me!) if you are on the main site, and it will show you the price difference in the products.  By selecting a demonstrator you will receive Preferred Pricing and Shipping!
  • If your online order reaches $150, then you get Hostess benefits, as long as you've listed a demonstrator!
  • The Clearance Rack section of the online ordering site has LOTS of fun products that you can only get by ordering online!  These items are not available in a current catalog, and the items listed on the Clearance Rack change often, so check it out!
  • And, did I mention that you can shop online ANYTIME?  That's pretty cool, if you ask me!

I hope you will contact me if you have any questions about online ordering through my Stampin' Up! site.  And remember, you can still email me, call me, or see me in person to place your order, especially if you have lots of questions!  I'm here to help!
